If a plea agreement is in my client's best interest and it is my client's decision to take an offer by the prosecution, I will skillfully argue in my client's behalf for the best offer available quickly and efficiently; however, if a plea agreement is not in my client's best interest and my client decides to go to trial, I will aggressively and tirelessly work to defend my client at trial.
